Welcome to McCauley Community League!

Named for Matthew McCauley, Edmonton’s first mayor, the McCauley neighbourhood is one of Edmonton’s oldest, with a rich history and a vibrant, demographically diverse population. It is central to the ongoing revitalization efforts anchored by Edmonton’s downtown core, and encompasses Chinatown, Little Italy, and the Commonwealth Stadium area.  McCauley is a highly walkable and transit-accessible neighbourhood with lots of character and mature green spaces.

Our Community League is active and thriving. There’s always something going on in McCauley. Whether it’s a block party, festival, workshop, community safety meeting, or activities at the rink, there’s no shortage of events going on year-round to keep our residents involved and connected.
